CMP Nos.15752 and 15754 of 2021 in CMA SR No.136381 of 2018 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 454 days in representation of the above appeal and 468 days in paying the deficit court fee.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have not raised any serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, filed in support of the petitions, the delay is condoned and both the petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 27.10.2021.
