The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 19.02.2013 made in I.A.No.50 of 2012 in O.S.No.198 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.198 of 2011 was dismissed on 04.09.2013 and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
