Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the third respondent in No.772/ICWCS/2019-20 dated 17.04.2019 and to quash the same.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking to challenge the order of the third respondent dated 17.04.2019, against which a remedy of Revision is available under the Co-Operative Societies Act.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner may be permitted to pursue his Revision before the authority concerned under the statute.

3. By giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his Revision, as available under the statute, this Writ Petition is closed. The Petitioner is directed to file a Revision Petition within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On Revision being filed, the Revisional Authority is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of on above terms. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
