This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard; Mr.MA.P.Thangavel, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.J.Vijayaraghavan, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3.It appears that though service on the 1st respondent is completed and her name also printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of her.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
