2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that on the complaint dated 04.07.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.584 of 2016.

4. On reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a money dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party.
