Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to give permission to the petitioner to conduct a Cultural program (Adalum Padalum) schedule to be held on 13.07.2017 at "Shri Muthumariamman Temple" at Dharumarajapuram, Kalkoil, Alangayam, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vellore District, by considering his representation dated 28.06.2017.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondent on 28.06.2017 for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 13.07.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.

4.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same.

5.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 10.07.2017.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
