ORDER
Mr.L.P.Maurya, learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.
2. This Writ Petition is being disposed after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent.
3. The learned standing counsel for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner has to give a representation to the Block Development Officer, Vengikkal Panchayat, Tiruvannamalai District, Tiruvannamalai - 606
604. Since the said Block Development Officer has not been made as a party Page No. 2 of 4
to the proceedings, the Block Development Officer, Vengikkal Panchayat, Tiruvannamalai District, Tiruvannamalai - 606 604, is suo motu impleaded as a third respondent.
4. The petitioner is therefore directed to give a fresh representation to the third respondent/The Block Development Officer, Vengikkal Panchayat, Tiruvannamalai District, Tiruvannamalai - 606 604, who shall consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, after the representation given by the petitioner.
5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
