Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to write the 2nd year M.L., Examinations in International and Constitutional Laws pertaining to the Batch 2019-2021 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Hall Ticket for the examinations held from 23.07.2021 to the petitioner without any further delay.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to write the 2nd year M.L., Examinations in International and Constitutional Laws pertaining to the Batch 2019-2021 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Hall Ticket for the examinations held from 23.07.2021 to the petitioner without any further delay. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The relief as sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the University of Madras brought to the notice of this Court, the written instructions received from the Registrar of the University to the effect that the petitioner has been issued with a re-registration letter. 3.In view of the same, the said development is recorded and the writ petition is closed. No Costs.
