This Application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1168 days in representing above captioned C.M.A. 2.Notice sent to the respondent returned with an endorsement "Unclaimed".

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondent is pursuing the execution proceedings. 4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai, since the delay is enormous. The costs shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost. 5.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course. 08.08.2023 (1⁄2) rst
