This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31710 of 2024, dated 08.01.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31710 of 2024, dated 08.01.2025 is relaxed.
