(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 328 days in filing an appeal against the Judgement in SC.No.199 of 2016 dated 21.02.2019 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the parties. This court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to condone the delay of 328 days in filing an appeal and accordingly, this petition is ordered.
