Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the 6th respondent to return the petitioner Original Education Certificates, namely the X, XII Mark Sheets, UG, PG and M.Phil Degree Certificates and provide experience certificate along with the arrear of salary for the month of June 2014.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the sixth respondent to return his Certificates and pay him the arrears of salary.

2. The sixth respondent has paid the arrears of salary to the petitioner. Similarly, the sixth respondent handed over the Certificates to the petitioner on acknowledgment. The Service Certificate and Relieving Order issued by the Principal of the College dated 26.03.2015 shows that the petitioner has been relieved from the Institution on 31.7.2014. Therefore, it is clear that there are no proceedings pending against the petitioner as on the day on which he was relieved from service. Even in the Certificate dated 26.03.2015, the respondents have not stated anything that proceedings are pending against the petitioner. The Service Certificate dated 26.03.2015 is taken on record.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
