This Application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1168 days in representing above captioned C.M.A. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondent.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the respondent through his counsel, since the delay is enormous. The costs shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
