This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 460 days in payment of deficit Court fees of Rs.200/- in A.S.S.R.No.118295 of 2023.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 460 days in payment of deficit Court of Rs.200/- is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

4. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
