Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose representation on 11.09.2012 by the petitioner.

O R D E R

Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation made as early as on 11.09.2012 wherein and whereby he sought for issuance of Legal Heir Certificate for his deceased mother Pachaiammal.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner repeatedly made several request, the respondent has not considered the same so far.

5. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh application, by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enclosing a copy of the earlier application filed by him for issuance of legal heir certificate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
