Prayer in W.P.No.26057 of 2017 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in C.P.No.104 of 2015 dated 15.07.2015 filed by the 1st respondent claiming regularisation and pay arrears and quash the same.

When the writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, invites the attention of this Court to Letter No.22889/E-5/2005-36, dated 23.10.2017 from the Deputy Secretary to Government and submits that the proposal for regularization of services of Tvl.K.Anbalagan and two others are under active consideration by the Government in consultation with the Advisory departments. In this regard, a request has been made seeking extention of time for implementation of order of the Labour Court, Salem in I.D.No.198 of 1999 dated 18.09.2000.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and perused the documents available on record.
4. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner and placing on record the Letter No.22889/E-5/2005-36 dated 23.10.2017 from Deputy Secretary to Government, this Court, hereby grants four weeks time to the petitioner for implementation of the order dated 18.09.2000 in I.D.No.198 of 1999 passed by the Labour Court and by granting four weeks time, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
