Prayer:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to issue orders and indent to the petitioner's ordinary and medium brands from the month of October 2014 onwards on the basis of and not less than the average indent order placed with the petitioner from the date of launching [i.e, March 2011] till August 2014 and the backlog for the month of September 2014 and continue to issue supply order and indent to the petitioner's ordinary and medium brands on the basis till the guidelines on the basis of scientific and commercial data and on choice of consumer and linkings are framed by adopting the fair and transparent procedure for placing of supply and indent order with IMFL manufactures including the petitioner.

Heard Mr.Richardson, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 4 and 5 and Mr.A.Zakkir Hussain, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 and with their consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the subsequent decision taken by the respondent TASMAC increasing the number of indent, as of now, the petitioner has no grievance as against the respondent TASMAC. 3.In the light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
