ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.06.2021 in W.P.28777 of 2019.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the filing of this contempt petition, the order passed by this Court has been complied with to the extent that there was revalidation of the script which was issued on 20.01.2025. The learned counsel submitted that the only other issue that is in controversy is regarding the payment of interest.

Considering the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the applicant to work out his remedy

with respect to the claim made for the payment of interest in the manner known to law.
