Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to deposit Rs. 2,00,000/- as per order dated 23-08-2017 by this Hon'ble Court pending CMA NO.2364 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.DEEPA, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This petition has been filed praying to extend the time for depositing a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as per order dated 23.08.2017. 2.It is averred in the petition that as per order dated 23.08.2017, the petitioner has been directed to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- in the trial Court within four weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of that order. Further, it is averred in the petition that the petitioner has obtained a certified copy of the order belatedly. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed.

3.Considering the reason given in the petition, this petition can be allowed.

In fine, this petition is allowed. Time is granted finally to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- till 16.11.2017.
