2. Pursuant to my order dated 12.06.2025, the learned Subordinate Judge, Mettur in D.No.568/2025, dated 27.06.2025 has given her report to the Registry of this Court requesting three months time finally to dispose of the HMOP.No. 59 of 2023.

3. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. In the light of the above, this Revision is allowed with a direction to the learned Judge, Subordinate Court, Mettur to dispose of the suit in HMOP.No. 59 of 2023 on or before 06.10.2025. No costs.
