2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that petition enquiry was conducted by the first respondent police and the complaint was closed.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
