ORDER
The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) of IPC, 1860, in Crime No.46 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail. 1/4
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner under the pretext of securing job in New zealand had cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.3 lakhs. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has three previous cases.
5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner having three previous cases , this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
