ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3. 3.Taking into consideration the nature of dispute between the parties, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to call the parties for an enquiry and based on their statement, take action in accordance with law. If the third respondent finds that the dispute can be resolved only by the Civil Court, the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Court. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
