JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has represented that the sole appellant has passed away and for the purpose of proving the same, a memo has been filed along with death certificate, wherein it is clearly stated that the appellant has passed away on 20-09-2013. Since the sole appellant has passed away, the charge against him has become abated and accordingly, this criminal appeal is disposed of.
