JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that they have no instructions from the appellant and they came to know that the appellant has already expired and the legal representatives have not come forward to prosecute this Second Appeal. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the decree of Specific Performance, the sale deed was also executed by the Court in the year 2016 itself. 2.Recording the same, this Second Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
