This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6108 of 2023 on 17.03.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6108 of 2023 on 17.03.2023 regularly. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6108 of 2023 on 17.03.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themself be available, as and when required by the respondent police.
