Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the judgment vide CMP No.35 of 2007 dated 24.11.2020 passed by the Principal District Judge, the District Cooperative Cases Appellate Tribunal, Krishnagiri the 1st respondent herein quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER

By virtue of the judgment of the Division Bench in V.S.Sundaramahalingam v. Special Tribunal for Cooperative Case, District Judge, Tirunelveli and others, reported in (2020) 1 CWC 417, only a revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is maintainable against any order passed under Section 152 of the Cooperative Societies Act.

2. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for the very same cause of action.
