C.M.P.No.11995 of 2021 in C.M.A.SR.No.65942 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to excuse the delay of 20 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.65942 of 2019 against the decree and judgment dated 26.03.2018 made in M.C.O.P.No.766 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special SubCourt, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and delay of 20 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.65942 of 2019 is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the said appeal and post the case along with C.M.A.No.342 of 2022 on 27.04.2022.
