ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue patta in favour of the petitioners for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioners' online applications, dated 18.11.2024 and 14.07.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioners have filed documents along with this writ petition in support of their applications seeking issuance of patta in their name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners' applications seeking issuance of patta in their name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents Page No.2 of 5

produced by the petitioners, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' applications.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners' applications, dated 18.11.2024 and 14.07.2025 seeking issuance of patta in their name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioners and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
