Civil Revision Petition filed against the order and decreetal order of the Court of the Sub Judge at Tirupattur, Vellore District in E.A.No.32 of 2003 in E.P.No.79 of 2001 in L.A.O.P.No.7 of 1998 dated 28.03.2003.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had received the entire Award amount. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners had received the entire Award amount, the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
