ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's online applications dated 27.06.2025 and 02.04.2026, respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online applications dated 27.06.2025 and 02.04.2026 to conduct survey and fix boundary stone in his properties comprised in S.No.5/1D measuring an extent of 1.89 cents, Revenue Village S.No.5/1, Patta No.130 Revenue Village S.No.5/1B measuring an extent of 0.08 cent out of 0.16 cent and Revenue Village S.No.2/2 measuring an extent 6.20 cent, S.No.2/2B measuring an extent of 0.10 cent totally 5.98 cent situated at Pichukondahilli Taluk, Poachampalli Sub District with the help of jurisdictional police authority. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.M.Senthamizh Selvan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner's applications dated 27.06.2025 and 02.04.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's online applications dated

17.02.2026 and 02.04.2026 and carry out a survey and complete the process within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving prior notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties, if any. It is open to the respondent to request for police protection before jurisdictional police. If any such request is made, the jurisdictional police is directed to provide an adequate police protection for conducting the survey.

6. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent to conduct a survey and lay boundary stones at the subject land. In the event any dispute arises regarding the possession of the subject property, the same has to be decided by way of filing a suit before the competent Civil Court.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
