The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.326 of 2022, registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

2.It is stated that A1 is the husband of the petitioner herein. Even on an earlier occasion the Court had granted liberty to the petitioner that both A1 and the present petitioner can approach this Court. But, however A1 had taken a decision not to file any application even seek anticipatory bail. It is the case of the prosecution A1 was an employee of the de facto complainant. By forging the signatures of 11 customers, a total sum of Rs.20,91,000/- had been taken away by A2. The petitioner is also named in the FIR. In view of that particular fact since investigation can never start in the absence of both A1 and A2, anticipatory bail application stands dismissed.
