Respondents Prayer:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pay the balance of Rs.4,69,904/- of re-fixation as recommended by VI Pay Commission along with interest for the belated payment within the stipulated period. ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Raja Ravi Varma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalaskhmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.G.Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction upon the 3rd respondent to pay the balance amount of Rs.4,69,904/- by implementing the recommendations of the 6th Pay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Commission along with interest for the belated payment. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that all the payments, as ordered in the proceedings dated 08.01.2013, has been paid to the petitioner and his pension has also been re-fixed as per the Pay Commission Recommendations. However, the petitioner would state that in his representation, he has clearly set out as to how he is entitled to the balance amount which has been claimed in this writ petition, in fact, along with the representation, the petitioner has enclosed a detailed tabulation giving break-up details. 4.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2016 and pass a speaking order on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
