ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11590 of 202 dated 04.08.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the J-10, Semmencherry Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11590 of 202 dated 04.08.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the every Monday and every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
