This revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Court of the District Judge II, Kancheepuram, to issue the sale certificate to the petitioner as per order dated 02.12.2020 in E.P.No.24 of 2017 in ARC.No.83 of 2016 on the file of the District Court II, Kancheepuram. 2.A direction is given to the District Judge II, Kancheepuram, to call for the records in E.P.No.24 of 2017 and if records do not reflect anything adverse to the revision petitioner herein, issue Sales Certificate in accordance with rules, but, at any rate, pass necessary orders either to issue or if rejected, give the reasons for the same. The entire process should be completed on or before 13.08.2021.

3.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
