Crl.A.No.380 of 2020 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

This Court convicting the 1st accused in Crl.A.No.380 of 2020 arising from S.C.No.115 of 2018 had directed to complete the trial as against the split up accused 2 to 4 in S.C.No.10 of 2023 and accused 5 & 6 in S.C.No.11 of 2023.

Pursuant to the direction, those two cases in S.C.Nos.10 & 11 of 2023 had been disposed on 13.04.2023.

The learned Sessions Judge, Namakkal has reported the disposal of these two cases on 13.04.2023 along with the judgment copy.
