Respondents Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 28.06.2021 sent for rectifying the mistake occurred during the UDR Scheme in respect of 0.43 cents in SF.No.1/1A situate at Balagoundarayanadurgam, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to issue the patta in his name in accordance with law and within a stipulated period. ORDER

(1) Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

(2) The writ petitioner has expressed a grievance that respondents 2 and 3 have benefited from a mistake which occurred during UDR scheme with respect of 0.43 cents of land in SF.No.1/1A at Balagoundarayanadurgam, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District. The writ petitioner, had therefore, given a representation on 28.06.2021 to the 1st respondent. Unfortunately, the 1st respondent has not taken any steps with respect to the same.

(3) Notices to respondents 2 and 3 are dispensed with in view of the limited scope of the writ petition and the limited nature of order passed hereunder, viz., a direction to the 1st respondent to examine the representation dated 28.06.2021 and also during the course of such examination, issue notice to respondents 2 and 3 and of course, to the writ petitioner herein and thereafter pass a considered order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(4) The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
