The application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to produce two further documents, viz., sale deed registered as document No. 3841 of 2017 before the Sub Registrar Office at Padappai dated 25.05.2017 and an advertisement dated 02.05.2022 given by the defendants with respect to the Jubilee Flat & Housing Pvt.

Ltd.

2. Taking into consideration that the documents are directly related to the issues claimed in the suit, the application stands allowed. But, however, the documents to be marked subject to proof and admissibility and relevancy.

3. The matter to be listed before the learned Additional Master-I for recording of evidence.

4. The plaintiff to appear before the learned Additional Master-I on 29.07.2024 and evidence to be recorded. After recording the evidence, the matter may be listed before this Court.
