(CRIME NO.390 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.until filing of final report imposed by the Honble Court made in Crl OP No.8471/2022 dated 12.04.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VINODHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.8471 of 2022 on 12.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until filing of final report.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
