ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant an order of anticipatory bail directing that the above mentioned petitioners be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest by the respondent in connection with the above Crime No.441 of 2015 on the file of the respondent herein.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in this case, the petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.441 of 2015 had already executed sureties before the Lower Court under Section 88 of Cr.P.C. Hence, the above petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
