Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 to 6 forbearing from acquiring the petitioners' property at Door No.10C, Arunachala Eswaran Kovil Street, New Washermenpet, Chennai-600 081 for the construction of Chennai Metro Rail Project without providing alternative livelihood business premises to the petitioners and adequate compensation to the petitioners.
