ORDER

1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to dispose of the IA.No.373 of 2020 in OS.No.46 of 2016, by fixing the period to the Court to complete the enquiry which is pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Alandur.

2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Plaintiff is the petitioner herein and the respondents are the defendants. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

4. Without going into the averments made in the affidavit and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties and considering the limited scope of the prayer, the Court Below may be directed to dispose of the IA.No.373 of 2020 in OS.No.46 of 2016, at the earliest.

5. The main prayer in the suit is for operation of the locker with the defendants 3 and 4. Since it is with regard to operation of lockers left behind by the deceased Pandian, there shall be a direction to the Additional District Munsif Court, Alandur to dispose of IA.No.373 of 2020 in OS.No.46 of 2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to extend their full cooperation for early disposal of the IA.

6. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . No costs.
