respondents to consider the petitioner's application challan No.2025/ 0105/31/655520 dated 25.03.2025 and to sub-divide and issue a separate patta in favor of the petitioner for the property in survey no.234/1D1 measuring an extent of 51 cents out of 0.78.5 ares in patta No.1453, respectively situated at Kallugurikki Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District as per the sale deed, doc No.1159/2012 dated 30.03.2012 within the period that may be fixed by this Honourable Court. This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 25.03.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for subdivision and issuance of separate patta in her favour with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 30.03.2012 registered as Document No.1159 of 2012 and also the joint patta issued in Patta No.1453. The petitioner wanted a subdivision to be done in the subject property and issuance of separate patta in the name of 2/4

the petitioner for the subdivided property. Since the application dated 25.03.2025 filed by the petitioner was not acted upon, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
