..Respondents Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court, Chennai pertaining EPFA 445 of 2018 and quash its order dated 30.05.2022 and allow the Restoration Petition filex by the petitioner and to restore the EPFA No. 445 of 2018 and also direct the respondents 3 to 5 to de-freeze the accounts of the petitioner frozen pursuant to the orders passed by the 1st respondent in proceedings No. TN/RO/AMB/Recovery/18770/2022 dated 25.05.2022 and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER
The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records of the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court, Chennai pertaining EPFA 445 of 2018 and quash its order dated 30.05.2022 and allow the Restoration Petition filed by the petitioner and to restore the EPFA No. 445
of 2018 and also direct the respondents 3 to 5 to de-freeze the accounts of the petitioner frozen pursuant to the orders passed by the 1st respondent in proceedings No. TN/RO/AMB/Recovery/18770/2022 dated 25.05.2022.
2. In view of the order passed by this Court in the connected matter in W.P.No. 15146 of 2022, dated 11.09.2022, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition does not survive for consideration.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
