ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent to permit the students of the petitioner to write their second year examination commencing from 2.6.2010 to 9.6.2010 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequently, release the mark statement of the said examination, the present writ petition came to be filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
