No.35 of 2015 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority cum Principal Subordinate Court, Coimbatore, upholding the fair and decreetal orders dated 05.11.2014 in R.C.O.P. No.14 of 2012 on the file of Rent Controller cum I Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. The keys of the petition mentioned property are handed over to the counsel for the respondent in the open court today. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
