ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 3 and 4 produced the copy of the proceedings dated 16.04.2025 issued by the 4 th respondent. The copy of the same was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 have not taken any stand in this case and therefore, they must be directed to pass orders.

The writ petition was disposed of by this Court by directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to pass orders. Accordingly, an order has been passed by the 4 th respondent. This Court cannot go any further in the present contempt petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the 4 th respondent dated 16.04.2025, it goes without saying that the petitioner can work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
