Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act swiftly by taking all remedial measures to prevent te menace of Wild Boars by considering the representation dated 07.08.2015 made by the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner having made the representation on 07.8.2015 ought to have given reasonable time to the authorities to react on the issue of the problem of growing number of wild boars. Often, these are consequences arising from the increase of habitation and the habitation of human beings encroaching upon the domain of the other species.

2. Without waiting even for the representation to be attended to, the petitioner has rushed to the Court on 2nd September, 2015.

3. We, thus, find the writ petition is premature as reasonable time has not been given to the Government to bestow their consideration to the representation of the petitioner, especially keeping in mind that the issue involves some element of conflict between human beings and other species.
