ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram, to immediately transfer the entire records in O.S.No.95 of 2024 to the Court of the District Munsif Court, Ponneri, as per the notification in Roc.No.2680/A/2015/G/Judn dated 21.01.2025 issued by the Registrar General, High Court of Madras forthwith and further direct the District Munsif Court, Ponneri, to list the petitioner's suit expeditiously and proceed with the case without any further delay. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The petitioner/plaintiff has filed the suit in O.S.No.95 of 2024 before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram. However, in terms of a notification issued by this Court in Roc.No.2680/A/2015/G/Judn dated 21.01.2025, the suit has been transferred to the file of the District Munsif Court, Ponneri. 4.The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the said suit, apprehending that if the suit is not taken up and decided, the petitioner, who is in possession may be dispossessed.

5.In view of the limited prayer that has been sought for, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. The District Munsif Court, Ponneri, shall frame issues, if not already framed and conduct trial and finally dispose of O.S.No.95 of 2024, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.09.2025.

6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
