Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 28.09.2016, bearing No.Se.Mu.No.24333/2012/EE2 passed by the 2nd Respondent and the impugned order dated 03.10.2016 bearing Na.Ka.No.15712/2016/Pa.A5 passed by the 3rd Respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents to pay the arrears of salary in the post of Assistant Engineer with effect from the date of Petitioner's promotion.
